I appreciate how the staff knows exactly how long a procedure will take & schedules patients accordingly. This cuts down on the waiting time for the patient. When I bring my child in, I know approximately how long we'll be so I am able to adjust my person schedule accordingly. Everything is explained to us what you will be doing. And as far as the billing/charges, we are told in advance the cost minus the insurance. The payment in advance prevents worry of future office fees. It's great!

 

We were very pleased with Dr. Ferreira's care, personality, and professionalism. We were also very pleased with the length of time we spent in the office. I was shocked when we left with braces on our first visit! Thanks!

Your office is the most friendly I have ever been in. There is never a wait....we even look forward to coming!! Being kid and teen friendly is a plus too! Excellent job folks.

Dr. Ferreira and his staff have always made my daughter feel very comfortable and important.

Good morning doc...just though i would let you know that your handy work on Bryan's teeth looks great!! He is a little sore but nothing abnormal considering the movement that has just begun.
